1) Ang voucher ay valid para sa redemption lamang sa Identity V Payment Center (https://pay.neteasegames.com/identityv/topup) 2) Ang voucher code ay may bisa para sa isang beses na paggamit at walang natitirang halaga ng voucher ang ire-refund. 3) Ang voucher code ay natatangi at maaari lamang gamitin nang isang beses sa isang transaksyon. 4) Mangyaring pumili lamang ng halaga ng recharge na tumutugma sa denominasyon ng iyong card, kung hindi ay mabibigo ang pagkuha. 5) Kapag nag-expire na, hindi na maaaring palawigin, i-refund o palitan ang Voucher. 6) Ang voucher ay hindi mapapalitan o mako-convert sa cash, credit o gift card. 7) Ang Maramihang Voucher ay hindi maaaring gamitin nang magkasama sa isang transaksyon. 8) Inilalaan ni Wogi ang karapatan, sa kanilang makatwirang paghuhusga, na mag-iba, magdagdag o magtanggal ng mga tuntunin sa promosyon at/o wakasan ang voucher anumang oras. 9) Maaaring malapat ang ibang mga patakaran sa pagbabalik.
