Redemption option

• The voucher can be redeemed in the branches in Germany.
• You can redeem the voucher on the Internet at www.ernstings-family.de. 
• Please note that the vouchers that you purchase are themselves subject to separate terms and conditions.  

Number of redeemable vouchers

• You can only redeem one voucher per online order.
• In the shop, several vouchers can be redeemed per purchase.  

Validity

• The voucher is valid indefinitely.  

Remaining balance

• The remaining amount remains on the voucher and can be used for further purchases.

Delivery conditions

• Delivery will be made at your request to an Ernsting's family branch, to your home or to a different delivery address which you can enter in the order process.
• Delivery will only be made to delivery addresses in Germany.

Redemption description

To pay, simply hand over the printed voucher when paying at the checkout.  

When ordering online, the redemption of the voucher depends on the delivery method:  

• Home delivery: a box will open in the online shop for you to enter the code. (Please refer to the voucher provider's website for any applicable delivery charges).
• For delivery to a branch, payment is made in the branch. This means that the voucher code is only entered in the shop.  

To pay online:  

1. Place the desired products in the shopping cart.
2. Click on "Shopping cart" to go to the shopping cart.
3. Log in with your user account or register as a new customer.
4. Select the desired payment and shipping method.
5. Enter the voucher code in the "discount/voucher" field provided (only for home delivery).
6. Confirm your order.

Note: You have the option of having your order delivered to your home by post (shipping costs €4.20) or free of charge to a branch. If you order from a branch, payment will be made at the branch. Please refer to the website of the voucher provider for any shipping costs.
