To use your card, simply go to Hakkasan at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai within UAE and bring along a printed copy or show this email on your screen to the cashier.
1. Only redeemable at Hakkasan at Atlantis The Palm, Dubai in UAE.
2. Valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.
3. This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole.
4. 48 hours advance booking is required. For booking, please contact Reservations at +971 4 426 2626 or email at restaurantreservations@atlantisthepalm.com
5. Tables/seats at the restaurant are subject to availability
6. Valid in Food and Beverage outlets, restrictions apply on special dates including EID, Iftar, Suhour, Festive occasions, New Year’s Eve or any other promotions and events
7. Additional costs incurred in excess of the Gift Card value must be settled prior to departure from Atlantis The Palm, Dubai.
8. Management reserve its final right on the interpretation of this gift card.
9. Photocopied gift cards are considered null and void.
10. Unutilised amounts will not be refunded in cash, cannot be used on a subsequent visit or replaced.
11. Cannot be returned or refunded and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.
12. If misplaced Hakkasan Atlantis, The Palm and MYLIST cannot block/cancel the card, and will not be responsible for any transactions on lost/stolen card.
13. MYLIST reserves the right to cancel if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either provide a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains MYLIST property.
14. Should the brand or retailer mentioned on the gift card is not operating any more for any reason or is not in partnership with MYLIST or any company affiliated with MYLIST, MYLIST reserves the right to exchange the card against a MYLIST gift card or any other gift card for an equivalent value. No cash or points refund is allowed.
15. MYLIST reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of the MYLIST gift cards at any time, This does not affect your legal rights.
